Privacy Notice

Last updated October 29, 2026

This notice explains what information SharpeEdge Capital ("SharpeEdge", "we") collects when you visit sharpeedge.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, for example which research reports are read and which websites refer visitors to us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, the referring website, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), your device and browser type, and how long you spend on a page. Google processes this information on our behalf. We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Contact forms

If you use one of our contact forms, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address and message and, for investor inquiries, whether you identify as an accredited investor or qualified purchaser. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and to manage any follow-up you request. Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, delivered to our email, and acknowledged by an automatic confirmation email sent through Google Workspace.

Newsletter

Newsletter subscriptions are handled by Substack. When you subscribe, Substack collects and processes your email address under Substack's privacy policy.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver pages securely. Images in our research reports are served from Substack's content-delivery network, which also receives this technical information when the images load. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain any resulting business relationship or records we are required to keep. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent to its use. To make a request or ask a question about this notice, contact us through the contact form. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy or data-protection authority.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our website or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
